Protosell - Created from a dream

Protosell was created from a dream of helping companies with strong and viable business ideas reach their full potential through smart sales strategies. Over the years, we have seen fantastic companies with strong innovation and a desire to make the world a better place achieve their goals with the help of a stronger sales culture. The constant question we work on is “how to sell more and sustainably in a world that tends to spin at an ever faster pace where customer buying behavior is constantly changing”?

Has been around for 25 years...

In the heart of Ängelholm, right on Storgatan – and that’s 25 years of constant change. Many say that our environment and platform for doing business has changed from the ground up over all these years. But we don’t really agree with that. The conditions have of course changed, but the hub of good business between companies is still the interpersonal relationship. It is the methods for how to create relationships that develop. That is why it is precisely the relationship-building tactics and tools that we focus on in order to keep pace with the times. Both today and tomorrow.

From the start in 1999, sales and customer relations have been our heart.

Our service offering has changed and refined over the years and where we have made the journey from delivering implementations of CRM systems, to becoming an extension of the company’s own sales organization. To then connect the human encounter with digital marketing and communication. This gives us a unique position in the market. Where the internal knowledge within both business-driving relationships and digital tools is outstanding.

Increased sales - our obvious focus

Our niche in operational resource strengthening and optimization in both sales, marketing and training has developed during the year. This is by building both teams and execution plans to help companies get in touch with buyers who have a real need for the company’s services or products. Early on in Protosell’s journey, we focused on industries that had a clear need for human carriers of the brand’s values. Typical of this are companies that sell on trust and have complex products or services, such as lawyers, accounting firms, IT companies, industrial companies, banks, the automotive industry, the meeting industry and creative industries. And of course also government operations and other organizations.

Today we are a full-service agency with over 40 employees.

We work in various forms and multiple channels to help our customers accelerate their sales. The personal meeting is still often a goal in our customer projects, while more and more companies understand the breadth of the customer’s overall experience, even within B2B. Because the customer journey neither begins nor ends at the interpersonal meeting. Therefore, it is a growing task for us at Protosell to orchestrate the entire customer journey for our customers with the right skills and tools. And I truly feel enormous pride, in both our customers and employees, for what we achieve together. Where all parts of the organization collaborate and contribute to the communicative symphony that gives our customers concrete results – which is increased sales.
