The personal meeting is still often a goal in our customer projects, while more and more companies understand the breadth of the customer’s overall experience, even within B2B. Because the customer journey neither begins nor ends at the interpersonal meeting. Therefore, it is a growing task for us at Protosell to orchestrate the entire customer journey for our customers with the right skills and tools. And I truly feel enormous pride, in both our customers and employees, for what we achieve together.
